I wrote the Adventures of Lollipop in Balloon Land 27 years ago for a school project when I was in the 8th grade at Floyd Dryden Middle School. My teacher, Ms. Northrip, chose two books to read aloud to the entire class and one of them was mine. My teacher and my classmates thought the book was very unique and that I had a great imagination. Throughout the years, my family and friends have told me that I should publish this book. I finally decided to take their advice but I wanted to keep it as close to the original as possible including my very own illustrations. I hope you and your little ones enjoy the Adventures of Lollipop in Balloon Land.

I moved to the beautiful state of Washington in 1993 with my parents, Clay & Vangie Kirkevold, and my two younger sisters, Amanda & Jessica.
