The sacraments are efficacious signs of grace, of participation in the divine life. In this book you will briefly review the sacraments, to which we have become so accustomed, and you will contemplate each of them in order to follow the advice of St. Ignatius of Loyola: "It is not much knowledge that satisfies the soul, but the feeling and tasting of things inwardly" and to taste the essence of the sacraments inwardly.
