Aditi Nerurkar is a Harvard physician, television correspondent & speaker. She created a clinical approach to manage stress & burnout after discovering a startling finding in her research: even though stress plays a role in nearly 80% of doctor visits, only 3% of doctors offer stress management. Dr. Nerurkar's work closes this gap.

Witnessing the rising levels of stress in patients during her twenty years of clinical experience, Dr. Nerurkar created an approach that was science-backed, actionable, practical & cost-free.
