The different teams are assigned properresponsibility and authority for carrying out specific tasks andfor ensuring a specific level of performance in the givenorganization.The respective teams must be empowered for making decisionsthat would be concerning the individual portion of the differentbusiness instead of just making some recommendations to thehighest levels of authority in the organization. As such, itbecomes vital for the organization & its employees tounderstand the importance of effective team management.
