THE MARXISM

From the philosophical point of view, dialectical materialism or MARXISM appears under two aspects: 1- the methodological aspect, centered on the DIALECTIC METHOD and, 2- the notion of ALIENATION.

a) The dialectical method

"All discussions, all efforts to advance knowledge are made through the CONFRONTATION OF OPPOSING THESES: the pros and cons, yes and no, affirmation and criticism."

Many theories think that contradictions in thinking are due to deficiencies or incompleteness of a thought form.

That VISION is WRONG for two reasons: First,

THE THESES THAT ARE FACED, is not that they are simply different or divergent; THEY ARE OPPOSITE and sometimes contradictory. That is why they are fighting.

The obligation of the philosopher is to find the truth, including all its contradictions. AND THESE CONTRADICTIONS, present in subjective thought, HAVE AN OBJECTIVE and real FOUNDATION.

One can conclude that all contradictions are absurd and that there is an ETERNAL TRUTH, immobile and immutable. That is the METAPHYSICAL ATTITUDE.

"The other attitude simultaneously admits that human thought seeks the truth through contradictions (...)". It is then that one stops thinking that the contradictions are absurd.
