Elly D. C. Stroo Cloeck RA (comparable with CPA) RE (Chartered IT Auditor) CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is a Dutch consultant living in The Netherlands. She specializes in Finance, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Audit. She has worked as an external auditor, internal auditor and risk manager since 1980, and as a self-employed project and interim manager through her company ESCIA since 2009.

Since 2016, she has been writing summaries as well as reviews (in Dutch) of management books. She also facilitates Continuing Education using management books. Products and information can be found on her website 1001managementboeken.nl. (in Dutch).
