Karl Klare is the George J. & Kathleen Waters Matthews Distinguished University Professor at Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, USA. He was one of the founders of the Critical Legal Studies movement. Lucy A. Williams is Professor of Law at Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, USA.
