Chris Pagano was born in 1963. He is the seventh child born in a large catholic family of eight children. Pagano earned a Master's Degree in education from Regent University and has 25 years of experience as a public school teacher. He also invests in property rentals and as a house flipper. He is married to Alyce and has a daughter Hannah, and two sons Guy and Duncan. They attend church at Relevant Worship Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
