Autorenporträt

Matt Dickinson is a writer and film maker. He has written books for both adults and teens, including a bestselling account of his ascent of Everest's deadly North Face, The Death Zone (Penguin), two thrillers, Black Ice and High Risk, and an adrenaline-fuelled series for teens, Mortal Chaos, (OUP). His latest YA thriller, North Face, is the second in his Everest Files trilogy (Vertebrate Publishing).
As a film maker he has worked extensively for National Geographic Television, the Discovery Channel and the BBC and is one of very few director/cameramen to have filmed on the summit of Mount Everest.
