I submit that this book is particularly relevant to the current racial and ethnic crisis in our country and the continuing oppression of the LGBTQ community and women as they relate to the church. What can bring reconciliation to the divisions in the church? This book challenges the church and Christians to look deeply into our theology, our witness, and our teachings and seek to reconcile the marginalized in Jesus Christ.
