PEGGY M. JACKSON, DPA, CPCU, is a consultant and nationallyrecognized lecturer in risk management, business continuityplanning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for nonprofits. Dr. Jacksonhas coauthored five books on risk management in nonprofitorganizations. She is a partner with Fogarty, Jackson &Associates and a Principal with Adjunct LLC in San Francisco,CA. She and Toni Fogarty coauthored Wiley'sSarbanes-Oxley for Nonprofits (April 2005). TONI E. FOGARTY, PhD, MPH, is an Associate Professor inthe Department of Public Affairs and Administration at CaliforniaState University, East Bay. She serves as the graduate coordinatorfor the Master of Science in Health Care Administration Program,and teaches courses in health care management, organizationalchange and development, health care finance and budgeting, researchmethods, and the legal and ethical aspects of health care. She is afounding partner and CFO of Fogarty, Jackson & Associates andis a nationally recognized lecturer in business continuityplanning, distance learning, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance fornonprofits. Jackson and Fogarty coauthored Managing Risk in NonprofitOrganizations and Sarbanes-Oxley for Nonprofits (bothpublished by Wiley).
