Sam Buck is a private investigator of native/american descent, based in Atlanta Ga. with his lovely secretary/ assistant Rose Scott, who had recently walked out on Sam reportedly because he owed her a lot of money in back salary, but further investigation reveals that it appears to be much more than that.

Sam loves to drink alcohol and squander his money and of course Rose resents that. After all that, she still care for him.

Bill Moore was born in Beaufort county, North Carolina to a warm and loving African/American family. He attended a segregated high school. After school, he joined the military where he served honorably. From there, he moved to Brooklyn, N.Y. and established a career in transportation.After many years in Brooklyn and Queens, he relocated to Southside, Virginia where he attended and graduated with honors from SVCC, and also St. Paul's college.Next came a brief period of teaching academics in the correctional system before retiring.His credits include: My Quest For Success, The Hard Way.
