Roger D. Mardis has been a pastor for over three decades. Since 1999 he has been the senior pastor of Agape Baptist Church in Scottsboro, Alabama; a church he began. He is a two-time graduate (MDiv and DMin) of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee. He and his wife, Michelle, have four grown children. He previously authored the book, Big Doors Swing on Small Hinges (2014).
