Autorenporträt
Toni Spencer works at the University of Sunderland as an Academic Tutor and Supervising Solicitor within the Student Law Clinic. She is module leader for both Land Law at undergraduate level and Property and Practice at postgraduate level and has recently taken on the role of deputy programme leader for the LLB. Toni is actively involved in setting assessment questions to comply with the SQE specifications. Before moving into academia, Toni worked in private practice for nearly 20 years and many of the scenarios and additional guidance in this book are drawn from that professional experience. She is also the author of Revise SQE Property Law and Practice.
