Political obligation refers to the moral obligation of citizens to obey the law of their state and to the existence, nature, and justification of a special relationship between a government and its constituents. Magda Egoumenides is Visiting Lecturer at the University of Cyprus. She received her PhD from the University College, London and specializes in political and moral philosophy. She has published articles in the Review Journal of Political Philosophy, Isopolitia, and Critical Philosophical Anarchism.
