She established Stonegate Training Consultancies in 2007, which runs bespoke training and consultancy programmes for early years and playwork practitioners and has delivered training to over 25,000 early years professionals. She and Andrea Lancaster are the authors of Leadership for Quality in Early Years and Playwork.
