I was raised in the Christian Church, and at the age of 40 I began to attend a major Protestant Theological Seminary. I was studying theology to be a pastor, but when I discover that the Church doctrines which I was supposed to accept and teach were not compatible with Jesus' words, I had a crisis of faith. I had to choose between Jesus' words and the Church doctrines, so I chose Jesus' words and left the seminary. And now I can't in good conscience attend a church that ignores much of what Jesus said, and it actually teaches contrary to what Jesus said. I find myself out the outside of the Christian Church looking in with sadness because of all of those who are deceived. Now I have a number of books to help truth finders find the truth.
