Autorenporträt

Colton was brought up in the East End of London, one of the poorest areas of the city at the time.

After what can only be described as a nightmare childhood, he spent six months living on the streets of South London, before joining the army at age eighteen, serving twenty two years in places like Northern Ireland, the Middle East, Central Africa and the Far East.

On Leaving the army he set up a procurement company providing communications and security equipment to the oil exploration industry in the Middle East.The wealth of knowledge and experience he acquired during his life now forms the backbone of the books he writes.

​Colton currently lives in southern Europe with his wife and family.
