I have suffered since I was in my twenties. I was brought up in an Irish Roman Catholic family. I have books on my Art from the past. This book is more up to date unusual and normal Art. I love doing unusual art. It makes my Art very original. Art as we are told is very good therapy and it has helped me for years. I hope this book inspires others to do Art, you don't have to be a genius to draw or paint. I am in a better place today mentally to do this book and I can honestly say Art has helped me and I hope it helps you also. Enjoy my book.
