Autorenporträt

Jmillie, MS., was born in 1938 in Des Moines, Iowa. She received her BA degree from the University of Iowa, majoring in Speech Pathology and her MS degree from Drake University, majoring in Guidance and Counseling. Now retired, her career in Speech Pathology was joyfully employed in schools, rehabilitation agencies, hospitals, and private practice. She has provided direct therapy services for ages 0-90; delivered inservices for peers, staff, and parents; and assisted in writing grants, brochures, and therapy materials. Juanita has used creativity and humor in providing language experiences as she inspired both children and adults to improve communication for over sixty years.
