This volume of Neighborhood Stories - Billings, Montana '58-'65, recounts a series of short stories that represents a period of dramatic personal growth for Larry and Betty Brasen, the book's author and editor. They met at college in1960-61 and were married in July of 1961. The first portion deals with Larry meeting some formative people and the resultant personal growth that occurred. This book is a part of a series of short stories Named "Neighborhood Stories - (Name of Town). These little tales have been written over the length of the last several years starting in 2006. One book centers on growing up in Scobey, Montana, followed by Valier, Montana, and then Roberts Montana. In the middle of that came the book "Living and Teaching On St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. In this issue Larry covers meeting some very important, early people that help shape his future along with his family, Betty and their son, Larry Jr.
