Autorenporträt
Dr. Maloney Rhonda Hunter Wallace was born in and partially raised in a small Jamaican district in St. Ann, called Iron's Mountain. She relocated from there to August Town in Glengoffe St. Catherine and from there to Bushy Park in Gutters. She migrated to the United States in 1986, and is currently in education. She believes that true education is the interaction of ideas and practice. She has an A.S. in Business from Interboro Institute, a B.S. in Psychology, a M.S. in Elementary Education, and a M.S. in School Administration all from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. She completed her Doctoral Degree at the University of Phoenix in Educational Leadership (Ed.D).

Maloney is a life-long learner, because she believes in constant re-tooling and refurbishing the skill sets, as its only as we trade what we have and become involved in strengthening transactions that we can really grow. She suggests reading, Ivan Illich's "De-Schooling Society" at some time. Her theme of action is that "since people are going to talk, then she might as well give them something to talk about by making a difference in the world around her.

Her hobbies include traveling, writing novels and quotes, and finding new ways to keep to her husband feeling happy. She once had a serious obsession with riding a motorcycle, and a fascination with playing the guitar.
