Autorenporträt
Louanne Davis, PsyD, is a clinical research psychologist at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center and associate scientist in clinical psychology at the Indiana University School of Medicine department of psychiatry. Davis conducts federally funded research to develop and evaluate novel treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including meditation and yoga. She is certified by the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School as a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher. Davis is also a certified provider and trainer for cognitive-behavioral couples therapy for PTSD and currently provides consultation to VA clinicians nationwide who are being trained to provide this treatment.
