R. Jimon has a master's in German literature and linguistics from the Technical University of Darmstadt and has lived over 20 years in Germany; about 1/2 of them in a village similar to the one where Becca Keck lives.

Coming Clean in Lerpe is the first book of the Becca Keck mystery series. Mama's Boys Need Not Apply is also out now, and both works are in the process of being translated into German.
