Matthias C. Kettemann is a Research and Teaching Fellow at the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the University of Graz, Austria. Markus Möstl is a Research and Teaching Fellow at the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the University of Graz and researcher at the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Graz, Austria.
