Dr. Ramesh Kumar Nayak works as Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India (an Institute of National Importance). He graduated (MTech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, in 2005. He has sound exposure to industries and has worked in reputed organizations such as General Motors India Technical Centre, Bangalore; Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore; and DENSO International India Pvt. Limited, Gurgaon, in different capacities. He has been working in developing composite materials and casting technology for the last 16 years. He teaches polymer engineering, solidification and casting, composite materials, and corrosion engineering to undergraduate and graduate scholars at MANIT, Bhopal. He has guided one PhD and several MTech scholars in the area of composite materials. He has published his work in international peer-reviewed journals, reference books, and book chapters and has contributed to the world literature on metallurgy and materials science. His passion is to work closely on industrial problems and develop new technologies/processes to benefit society.

Dr. Mohan Kumar Pradhan, MTech (Mechanical Engineering, REC (now NIT), Rourkela), and PhD (Engineering, NIT Rourkela) is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal (an Institute of National Importance). He has over 25 years of teaching and research experience in manufacturing. His areas of teaching and research interest are manufacturing, nontraditional machining, metrology, micromachining, MEMS, hybrid machining, composites, and process modeling and optimization. He has 75+ international journal publications; 65+ technically edited papers, which were published in conference proceedings, two edited books, 5+ edited conference proceedings, 5+ journals as guest editor, and 20+ book chapters. He is on the editorial board and review panel of more than five international journals of repute. He has been felicitated with many awards and honors. (Web of Science core collection (193 publications/h-index 16+, SCOPUS/h-index 12+, Google Scholar/h- index 18+). He is charted engineer, life fellow of IIPE, and life member of ISTE, IACSIT, IAENG, and MIE (I).

Dr. Ashok Kumar Sahoo, Professor, Mechanical Engineering, and Director, R&D (Technology), Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, has 24 years extensive teaching, research, and administrative Experience. He has published more than 150 research articles with h-index 15 (Web of Science), h-index 20 (Scopus), h-index 23 (Google Scholar), i10-index 38 (Google Scholar), with 1290+ and 1710+ Scopus & Google Scholar Citations. Science Direct Top 25 Hottest Articles; five sponsored research projects from DST, SERB, and RPS, AICTE, New Delhi; and eight patents are in his credit. He has supervised 23 MTech and 8 PhD theses. He was the recipient of "Best Staff Award," Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University; "Highly Cited Research Award," Elsevier; Outstanding Reviewer award, Elsevier; and reviewer board member in many reputed journals. He is actively engaged in research areas of sustainable machining and machinability of advanced materials, hard machining, MQL and nanofluid- assisted machining, composite development and machinability, condition monitoring, surface characterization, thin film coatings (CVD and PVD), modeling and optimization, etc. He is a fellow of IE(I) and a life member of IET (UK), ISTE, and ISCA.
