Carmen de la Luz Luna Randall (Bio) Born in Chicago, Illinois, and later transplanted to New Mexico, Randall now resides in La Puebla, a tiny village just a few miles from Santa Cruz, the magical vortex where our story takes place. She learned from her family at an early age that telling a story well was an art form. She has been writing her own short stories since elementary school. Inspired by this "Land of Enchantment," she continues on a storytelling tradition.
