The back-wheel (graphically demonstrated as a bicycle) is the driving wheel and majors on matters of the mind. A chapter on each of the following: Subconscious mind, habits, beliefs, constant and never-ending improvement, goals, mindset, focus and the law of attraction.

The front-wheel focuses on bringing balance to areas of life with a chapter dedicated to the following areas: Family and friends, fitness and health, finances, physical environment, business/career, fun and recreation, personal growth and attitude.

The book is supported by a 13-week massive action plan journal/workbook (one for every 13 weeks) and www.lylop.com. The website is a subscription forum based platform where clients can register for one of four tiers.

Level 1: Access to the forums and the support of our LYLOP Mentors, plus the option to be allocated an accountability partner. (£9.95 a month)

Level 2: Access to Level one plus a weekly business networking meeting. (£19.95 a month)
