This is an essential guide that describes the relationship lipids have with their biomarkers, women's health, pediatrics, chronic diseases, and, of course, heart disease. It parses the most current clinical data in a manner that relates directly to the most common lipid disorders. Numerous graphics and tables complement the text very well. This is an excellent reference for providers in the many specialties that are involved in the management of patients with lipid disorders.
