Alicja Jagielska-Burduk is a legal counsellor and head of Centre for Cultural Heritage Protection Law at Kazimierz Wielki University, Bydgoszcz as well as the Chief Editor of Santander Art and Culture Law Review. In the course of her research work and legal practice she has gained considerable expertise in the culture sector.
Wojciech Szafranski is the head of the Cultural Heritage and Art Market Research Team at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan and Deputy Chief Editor of Santander Art and Culture Law Review. He is also the author of a number of publications on cultural heritage law and art law and consultant to various private and public entities.
