Autorenporträt
Jacklyn Chisholm, Ph.D. has over 30 years of experience in personal and professional development, strategic planning, and government and community relations. Dr. Chisholm is the Founder and President of It's Worth It Consulting, LLC. She also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the largest Community Action Agency in Ohio with revenues of over $42 million annually. Prior to that she served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Institutional Relations at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Dr. Chisholm is the recipient of numerous awards including the YWCA Women of Achievement, Crain's Cleveland Business Women of Note, Women of Color Foundation ISIS Award, and Council on Education National TRIO Achiever. She was admitted to Case Western Reserve University where, over the course of 20 years, earned three advanced degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in medical anthropology, a Master of Arts in psychological anthropology, and a doctorate in psychological anthropology with an emphasis in educational anthropology. In addition, she has earned an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, as well as certificates from Harvard Business School, Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management's Administrative Management Institute and University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Her varied and challenging experiences as a student and an adult learner led her to establish It's Worth It Consulting, LLC, in 2001, which offers personal and professional development training, coaching, consultation, and to blog about her experiences at drjacklynchisholm.com.
