Joe Bill Campbell is a successful trial attorney, a former college athlete, a past president of the Kentucky Bar Association, and a former chair of the Kentucky Council on Higher Education and the Western Kentucky University Board of Regents. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law (with honors) and was inducted into the College of Law's Hall of Fame. More importantly, he is a father, a grandfather, and a Christian.
