Donna combines her 26-year corporate career working with Fortune 100 corporations such as Lockheed Martin and Raytheon in the area of Senior Program & Executive Management, with her purpose and passion for executive and leadership success coaching and consulting. She has a tremendous skill at working across the board with professionals who are on the front line of performance and holding a key position that requires extensive commitment and personal engagement to get the job done. Donna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Registered Mentor Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She earned advanced certifications as a Certified Professional Coach, (CPC), Certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and Core Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS), from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
