In addition, it has helped Manuel get around easier while travelling, and he is able to communicate with the locals. He finds that he is able to communicate more effectively with people from other countries, and he has attained a certain level of respect from them. It gives his life purpose and it keeps him driven, while he is pursuing his passion. Learning new languages provides Manuel with an understanding of the world around him, as well as the customs all over the world. It has made travelling much more enjoyable for him, and it has helped him delve deep into the cultures that surround him.
