International Development in a Changing World introduces key issues, debates and ideas about development in the 21st century. Theo Papaioannou is Senior Lecturer in Innovation and Politics of Development at The Open University. His interests lie in the areas of public policy and political theory, with a specific focus on politics of innovation and development. Recent publications include Nozick's Moral and Political Theory (The Edwin Mellen Press, 2010), The Limits to Governance (Ashgate, 2009), and Introducing Development (The Open University Press, 2008).
