Autorenporträt

Andreas Klotz, Jahrgang 1968, hat sich nach einer Berufsausbildung zum Schriftsetzer im Alter von 19 Jahren selbstständig gemacht. Heute ist er Inhaber und Geschäftsführer der TiPP4 GmbH, Werbeagentur und Verlag in Rheinbach bei Bonn, verheiratet und Vater von zwei Teenagern. 2007 hat er als Fotograf und Autor sein erstes Buch veröffentlicht. Er ist leidenschaftlicher Afrika-Fan, hat zweimal den Kilimandscharo bestiegen und war mehrmals für Artikel in Internetportalen und Zeitschriften in Uganda bei den letzten Berggorillas und im Ruwenzori-Gebirge unterwegs. In einem von ihm 2008 initiierten Non-Profit-Projekt entstanden der Bestseller-Fotobildband Perle Afrikas, eine AV-Live-Multivisions-Show und der Afrika-Thriller Mondberge. Mit allen diesen Medienprodukten unterstützt er langfristig soziale Hilfsprojekte in Uganda. Als er das erste Mal durch die mystische Fabelwelt des Ruwenzori wanderte, hatte er die Idee für die in Mondberge erzählte Story.
