It is the early-sixties when a young Tayo Ajayi sails to England from Nigeria to take up a scholarship at Oxford University. Sarah was raised in Nigeria and has lived in Kenya, France and England. She is married to a Zimbabwean and currently resides in the United States where she lectures in English literature at San Francisco State University. Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Africa and the African Diaspora.
