Autorenporträt
Though born in Virginia, and, as a Navy brat, residing in several states, Erica Wortherly considers herself a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Later, once her three children were in high school, she pursued and obtained her Master's Degree in Social Work from the Florida State University in 2013. Ms. Wortherly has been a graphic designer and a teacher, but her passion, as the eldest of three and mother of three, is children. After teaching middle school for seven years and working as a parenting facilitator, she is now a clinical counselor, speaker and educational consultant.
