Autorenporträt
The author, Nils Norrsell, is a Swedish dental surgeon and a licensed psychotherapist. He studied and practiced hypnosis in 1958 while studying at a dental school. Hypnosis at that time was associated with magic and occultism rather than with science and research. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, CBT, has followed and has contributed with theoretical models of the mechanisms at work in effective psychotherapy.
