Iain Henderson is a senior teaching fellow at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK, where he is subject leader for Organizational Behaviour and programme leader for the MSc in Human Resource Management. Iain is also Director of Research for Edinburgh Business School, and mentors and supervises students on their DBA programme.

Iain Henderson is an honorary teaching fellow in the School of Management at St. Andrews University, teaching on the MBA programme Sciences Po (Paris) and on executive development programmes, including at Mercedes-Benz.
