BHOENDRADATT TEWARIE is prinicipal and vice chancellor of the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. A. QUINTON WHITE, JR. is professor of marine science at Jacksonville University in Florida, where he established the major in marine science, served as department chair and chair of the Division of Sciences and Mathematics, and served as dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
