Within hours, the 'Cuda yanks Vishnu out of his orderly little life and into a swirl of events involving a shady used car dealer, a good-looking cop, and a fried drug dealer. Throw in a beat-poet fry cook, a slightly bent Lutheran minister, the AARP Ballard Norwegian contingent, White Fang, and a visit to the Five Foot Jesus. All with the promise of guns and dinner. For some, it just doesn't get more romantic than that.
