He is a former teacher and coach, a motivational speaker and trainer, an activist, and author of numerous articles on self-esteem, personal positivity, leadership and diversity. The goal of his training and writing, including this book, is to teach us how to engage in respectful dialogue in a calm and non-threatening manner.
