Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you thought you might lose a person very dear to you? After only eight years of marriage, my wife was struck down with breast cancer in the midst of a pandemic. I felt hopeless and helpless, and I didn't know what to do with our two children.

My wife was note only battling aggressive breast cancer, but she was also struggling to stay alive with a weekend immune system during the pandemic. As a caregiver, I had to overcome my own anxiety and depression to help my family. In our despair, we had to rely entirely on God, for He was our only hope. Sometimes God puts us through trials not to punish us, but to make us stronger.
