Geneva Lake is the second book by Carolyn Hope Smeltzer and Martha Kiefer Cucco about the early history, beauty, and culture of life on Geneva Lake. The first book, Lake Geneva in Vintage Postcards, begins with the Potawatomi tribe naming the lake Kishwauketoe, meaning "clear or sparkling water." Both authors value, support, and appreciate Geneva Lake's history, preservation, and way of life. Carolyn has spent time in Williams Bay since 1995, and Martha has been at the lake since childhood.
