What I thought I knew, well, I was wrong and on a slippery slope of career and ever more trusting of the food industry to care for my health. I think I eat fairly healthy.. Grab and go. Rush. I bought the image they sell everyday. Fun, healthy convenience. After all, food is for sale everywhere, it is a regulated industry right? They care about me, right? What's not to love? I have to get this report done and this job completed, etc.. Life was good. Hmm, how come my scale keeps showing bigger numbers? Wierd. I had a salad for lunch whats up? whats going on? Apparently outsourcing my health to imagery, "products", magazine articles and fast lifestyle choices makes me gain weight. I blamed my body. What is going on here? I accepted my fate.... And 8 years later, I changed my mind...I was starting to get allergies.. What? I finally realized my body was speaking to me this whole time, I just wasn't listening. I realized I didn't really have answers, only half truths and marketed thoughts. Finally, I asked, "Why is something so simple as food so complicated?"

I'm very confused. I'm not the only one.

I begin to realize, my body type burns fuels differently than others. I need foods that are optimized for me. I'm onto something big!
