Brian Silverman is the author of over fifteen Frommer's New York City guide books. His writings on food and travel have been published in magazines such as Saveur, the New Yorker, Caribbean Travel & Life, Islands, and Four Seasons. He is also the author of numerous books including Going , Going, Gone: History, Lore and Mystique of the Home Run, and the Twentieth Century Treasury of Sports. He is also the creator of the website Fried Neck Bones...and Some Home Fries. Brian lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
