Chuck Evans is a corporate trainer who adopted a sibling group of four at fifty. As his life turned upside down, he educated himself about the foster system leading to the formation of Homebase Orphan Care. Homebase is a non-profit organization meeting the needs of children in the foster system. He continues to tell his story to churches, business organizations, and anyone who will listen.
