He is author of many books including Dear Teacher (with Hal Bowman), Principal Bootcamp, Putting Teachers First, and Learning on Your Feet. He has travelled the globe speaking and training teachers and educational leaders.

Jeremy Johnson¿earned a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has 16 years' experience, including äbackground in administrative processes and procedure development which has led to the implementation of streamlined workflows and improved efficiency in various projects. His exceptional leadership skills have also enabled him to develop and nurture the next generation of leaders within various organizations.
