R. Key Dismukes is chief scientist for Human Factors, NASA Ames Research Center, USA. He has published applied studies in human factors and fundamental research studies in neurobiology, managed research organizations and led committees of scientists reporting on science and public issues. Guy Smith is managing director of Ypsilon Associates. He is currently Regional Faculty Advisor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) and is Course Monitor of ERAU Extended Campus Course on Global Information and Technology Management. Previously he was with Northwest Airlines Human Factors Department.
